Why a canvas instead of a normal dashboard?

The thesis model is spatial: capacity as nodes and links. Dashboard chrome would fight that.

Why the brutal UI?

Rounded SaaS cards read like another productivity app. This is meant to feel like a diagram you draw, not a template.
