AssemblageXYZ ("we", "us", "our") is a software studio that builds and operates multiple products and services. This policy covers all products accessible through assemblagexyz.com and its subdomains, including but not limited to Reelly, Finalmash, Polished, and any future products we develop.

Depending on the product you use, we may collect the following:

• Account information: Name and email address when you create an account, whether through email registration or third-party sign-in providers such as Google.
• Content you provide: Text, images, video, or other files you upload or input into our products. For example, video files uploaded to Finalmash for editing, or text submitted to Polished for translation.
• Usage data: How you interact with our products, including feature usage, session duration, and action timestamps. This helps us improve the product experience.
• Payment data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing information is collected and processed by our payment provider (currently Stripe). We do not directly store your card details.
• Device and technical data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers. This is used for security, rate limiting, and troubleshooting.

How We Process Your Content

Some of our products use artificial intelligence and machine learning to process content you provide. This includes:

• AI text processing: Products like Polished send your text input to AI language models (such as AWS Bedrock or Google Gemini) to generate results. Your input is processed in real-time and is not used to train these models.
• AI video and image processing: Products like Finalmash use client-side machine learning (such as MediaPipe) for face detection and smart cropping. This processing happens on your device — your video content is not sent to external AI services for analysis.
• Content storage: Uploaded files (such as videos or images) may be temporarily stored on our cloud infrastructure (AWS S3) to facilitate processing. Files are deleted after processing unless you explicitly choose to save them.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve our products
• To process your content through AI/ML services as described above
• To manage your account and process payments where applicable
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• To communicate product updates or changes (you can opt out at any time)
• To comply with legal obligations

Third-Party Services

Our products rely on the following third-party services, which may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting, data storage (S3, DynamoDB), user authentication (Cognito), and AI processing (Bedrock)
• Google Cloud: AI processing (Gemini) and authentication (OAuth)
• Stripe: Payment processing for paid subscriptions
• MongoDB Atlas: Database hosting for certain products

We select third-party providers that maintain appropriate security standards. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage data (such as daily usage counts or session logs) is stored temporarily and may expire automatically. Uploaded content (such as videos or images) is retained only for the duration needed to provide the service, unless you choose to save it. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
