By accessing or using any product or service operated by AssemblageXYZ ("we", "us", "our"), collectively referred to as the "Services", you agree to be bound by these terms. The Services include all products accessible through assemblagexyz.com and its subdomains. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
AssemblageXYZ operates a portfolio of software products across categories including video editing, AI-powered text processing, content platforms, and other tools. Each product may have its own features, limitations, and pricing. Some products may be in active development, beta, or early access — these are provided on an as-available basis and may change, be paused, or be discontinued without notice.
Certain products require you to create an account to access features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.
You may upload, submit, or input content into our products ("User Content"), including but not limited to text, images, video files, and other media. You retain full ownership of your User Content. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transform, and temporarily store your User Content solely to provide the functionality of the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content and will not use it for purposes beyond delivering the Service.

Individual products may impose usage limits on free-tier, guest, or paid users. These limits vary by product and plan, and are described within each product's interface or pricing page. Attempting to circumvent usage limits — including creating multiple accounts — may result in account suspension.
Some products offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payment is processed by third-party providers (currently Stripe). Subscription terms, billing frequency, and pricing are described within each product. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the relevant product's account management interface. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
All software, branding, design, and content created by AssemblageXYZ (excluding User Content) is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services without explicit written permission.

We strive to keep our Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. For products in beta or early access, changes may occur more frequently and without advance notice.
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AssemblageXYZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AssemblageXYZ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
